Immediate Stop

¿Qué significa 13 ?

This error occurs when the +24 Vdc signal is applied to the CLM01.3-M's Immediate Stop input (connector X3, pin 5). This input is designed to command an immediate halt to machine operation for safety purposes.

• The Immediate Stop pushbutton on the machine has been pressed, activating the input.
• Faulty wiring or a short circuit is causing a continuous +24 Vdc signal to be present at connector X3, pin 5.
• A malfunctioning Immediate Stop pushbutton is physically stuck or electrically shorted.
• External control logic or device inadvertently activating the Immediate Stop input.

   Verify that the Immediate Stop pushbutton is not currently pressed or stuck in an actuated position.

   Consult the machine builder's wiring diagrams to understand how the Immediate Stop input (X3, pin 5) is integrated into the flying cutoff system.

   Check the wiring at CLM01.3-M connector X3, pin 5 for any loose connections, shorts to +24 Vdc, or damage.

   Inspect the Immediate Stop pushbutton for mechanical damage or wear that could cause it to stick.
