Not Home Position

¿Qué significa 06 ?

This error occurs if Automatic mode is selected for Axis 1, but the axis is not currently at its designated home position. This indicates that the system's position reference for Axis 1 is lost or the axis has moved from home after a homing cycle.

• Axis 1 was commanded to operate in Automatic mode when it was not physically at its home position.
• Axis 1 drifted or moved from its home position after a successful homing operation.
• Inaccurate homing, resulting in a slight offset from the true home position.
• Encoder feedback error causing the CLM01.3-M to misinterpret the axis's home status.

   Manually jog Axis 1 to its defined home position using Manual mode.

   After successfully positioning Axis 1 at home, attempt to select Automatic mode.

   Review Parameter 09 (Homing Offset) for Axis 1 to ensure it is correctly set and compensating for any system offsets.

   Inspect the Axis 1 mechanical system for any binding or external forces that could cause movement away from the home position.
