Negative Travel Zone Limit Switch Activated
Indramat · ECODRIVE Controller
¿Qué significa E844 ?
The drive has received a command value that resulted in the axis reaching a position outside the defined negative travel range. The axis is stopped by setting the velocity command value to zero. This is treated as a warning when Bit 2 of S-0-0090 (Command Value Transmit Time - TMTSG) is set to "Exceeding the travel limit is considered as a warning", allowing automatic recovery if command values lead back to the valid range.
Causas comunes
- The negative travel zone limit switch has been actuated due to the axis moving beyond its defined negative travel range.
- An erroneous command value instructed the axis to move past the negative limit.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Specify command values that lead the axis back into the valid negative travel range.
- 2
Verify the physical installation and functionality of the negative travel limit switch.
- 3
Check the commanded position or motion profile from the control system to ensure it respects the defined travel limits.
- 4
Review the parameter S-0-0090 (Command Value Transmit Time - TMTSG), specifically Bit 2, to understand the drive's reaction to exceeding travel limits.
