¿Qué significa S-0-0011 Bit 11 ?

A Class 1 Diagnostic indicating that the actual position of the motor significantly deviates from the commanded target position by more than an allowed tolerance, leading to a drive shutdown. This implies the motor is not following its commanded profile accurately or has encountered an obstruction. The drive decelerates to zero speed and shuts down torque. This condition is reset only after the cause is cleared and the command 'Reset Class 1 Diagnostics' is received via the service channel.

Causas comunes

  • Mechanical binding, obstruction, or excessive friction in the driven load preventing the motor from reaching its commanded position.
  • Incorrectly tuned position loop gains (P, I, D) in the DDS 2.1 drive, leading to poor tracking performance.
  • Insufficient motor torque or acceleration capabilities for the commanded motion profile.
  • Faulty motor feedback (encoder/resolver) or loose mechanical coupling between motor and feedback device.
  • Excessive load inertia that the motor cannot overcome efficiently.
  • Position window (e.g., P-0-0097 Absolute Encoder Monitoring Window, P-0-0098 Maximum Model Deviation) is set too narrow for the application.
