E326

Bus power overload

Indramat · CLM01.3-M Flying Cutoff Control

¿Qué significa E326 ?

The input power required by the drives from the Indramat HVE or HVR power supply unit is excessive. This condition indicates that the combined power demand during acceleration or sustained operation exceeds the supply unit's capability, and the error will be stored for no more than 500 ms.

Causas comunes

  • Acceleration ramps are set too aggressively, leading to high peak power demand.
  • The total power demand from all connected drives exceeds the continuous or peak power output of the HVE/HVR power supply unit.
  • Drive controller selected has an inappropriately large peak current rating for the application, drawing excessive power.
  • Mechanical issues such as binding or excessive friction in the driven axis, increasing motor load.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Reduce the allowable acceleration times for the connected drives in the application parameters to lower peak power demand.

  2. 2

Evaluate if the Indramat HVE or HVR power supply unit is appropriately sized for the combined peak power demand of all connected drives.

  3. 3

Consider using a drive controller with a smaller peak current capacity if the current setup is oversized for the motor load.

  4. 4

Inspect the mechanical system for any binding, excessive friction, or unexpected load increases that could be demanding more power.
