A communication error exists between the Fronius Symo Hybrid inverter and the Fronius Smart Meter. This results in no meter data being available, preventing battery operation, but grid feed-in resumes.

• Loose or damaged communication wiring between the inverter and Smart Meter
• Faulty communication interface on either device
• Smart Meter is powered off or malfunctioning
