¿Qué significa 101 ?
The 'CAN Connect' setting is active on the charger, but no CAN connection could be established to the gateway device for a continuous period of at least 2 minutes. This means the charger cannot exchange data with the gateway, which is critical for remote monitoring or control.
Causas comunes
- A disconnected or physically damaged CAN bus cable between the charger and the gateway device.
- The gateway device is not powered on, has crashed, or is otherwise faulty and unable to respond to CAN communication.
- Incorrect CAN bus settings (e.g., baud rate, termination) or an addressing conflict between the charger and the gateway.
