This alarm indicates that communication between the serial sensor and the Spindle Amplifier is disconnected. This can be caused by incorrect parameter settings, an unsupported Spindle Amplifier, cable issues, or a defective Spindle Amplifier.

• Parameter setting error for the sensor.
• Unsupported Spindle Amplifier.
• Broken or incorrectly connected sensor communication cable.
• Defective Spindle Amplifier.

   Check the sensor setting parameters by referring to the 'START-UP' section in the FANUC AC SPINDLE MOTOR α i series Parameter Manual (B-65280EN).

   Verify Spindle Amplifier compatibility by checking 'PARAMETERS RELATED TO DETECTORS' in the FANUC SERVO AMPLIFIER α i series Descriptions (B-65282EN).

   Replace the sensor communication cable or check its connection for integrity.

   Replace the Spindle Amplifier or Spindle Amplifier control printed-circuit board.
