Over-current of Charge Current (ECM)

Fanuc · Macro B CNC Programming

¿Qué significa 3 ?

An over-current occurred in the charge current to the Energy Charge Module's (ECM) Capacitor Modules. This indicates a problem in the charging circuit, potentially due to a fault in the ECM's Control Module (A06B-6158-H010), the Capacitor Module itself, or an unstable power supply.

Causas comunes

  • The charging current exceeds its maximum allowed limit.
  • Short circuit in the charging path.
  • Faulty charging components leading to high current draw.
  • Overload condition during charging cycle.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Immediately stop the machine using the emergency stop button and open the external Main Circuit Contactor (MCC) of the Power supply.

  2. 2

Inspect the wiring of the charge circuit between the ECM Control Module and the Capacitor Modules for any short circuits or damage.

  3. 3

Verify the integrity of the Capacitor Modules (A06B-6158-H020) for any signs of physical damage or internal short circuiting.

  4. 4

Check the ECM Control Module (A06B-6158-H010) and DC Reactor (A06B-6158-H040) for any faults affecting the charging current regulation.

  5. 5

Measure the input power supply to the ECM to ensure it is stable and within specified limits during charging operations.
