Main Circuit Overload / IPM Overheat

¿Qué significa SP0009 ?

The main circuit of the spindle amplifier is overloaded, or the IPM (Intelligent Power Module) has overheated. This indicates excessive current draw or insufficient cooling for the power module.

• Motor is drawing excessive current due to overload or fault.
• IPM (Intelligent Power Module) failure within the amplifier.
• Inadequate heatsink cooling for the IPM.
• Short circuit in motor phases or cabling.
• Incorrect motor saturation or flux parameters configured.

   Measure motor winding resistance (U, V, W) to ground and between phases.

   Check the heatsink temperature of the IPM module on the amplifier.

   Verify that parameter P1-01 (motor current rating) is set correctly.

   Run a low-speed motor test to assess current draw.
