¿Qué significa SP0001 ?

The spindle motor has exceeded its safe operating temperature limit, leading to an overheat condition. This can cause damage to the motor windings.

• Inadequate cooling of the spindle motor (e.g., fan failure, blocked vents).
• Overload condition causing the motor to draw excessive current.
• High ambient temperature in the machine tool environment.
• Incorrect motor parameters (e.g., rated current) configured in P1-01.
• Bearing friction or mechanical binding in the spindle assembly.

   Measure the motor winding resistance (between U, V, W phases) for equality.

   Verify that the spindle motor cooling fan is operational and airflow is unobstructed.

   Check parameter P1-01 to ensure it reflects the motor's rated current and voltage.

   Manually rotate the spindle to check for excessive resistance or binding.

   Inspect the ambient temperature sensors near the machine tool.
