• The installed control card (e.g., MCB101) and power card (e.g., VLT5000 series) are physically incompatible models.
• A spare control card or power card with incorrect firmware version for the specific drive model has been installed.
• In rare cases, corrupted internal identification data on either the control or power card after a severe power event.
