• Corruption of critical calibration or operational data stored in the power card's EEPROM.
• The EEPROM chip itself on the power card has failed or reached its write endurance limit.
• Power disturbance or improper shutdown during an EEPROM write operation.
• Incompatibility between power card EEPROM data and the control card firmware version.

   1. Cycle power to the drive (off for 1 minute, then on) to attempt a re-read of the EEPROM data.
