Drive initialised to default value
Danfoss · VLT HVAC Basic FC 101
¿Qué significa ALARM 80 ?
The frequency converter's parameter settings have been reset to their factory default values, typically following a manual reset operation. This means all previous application-specific configurations are lost, and the drive will operate with generic settings.
Causas comunes
- User intentionally initiated a manual factory reset (e.g., via parameter P14-22 or specific button sequence).
- Control card replaced or firmware updated, which often defaults parameters as part of the process.
- Internal non-volatile memory error (e.g., EEPROM corruption), causing parameter loss and subsequent default loading.
- Extended power loss to the control card's backup power, causing volatile memory loss (less common with modern drives).
- Error during parameter upload/download via PC software, leading to a corrupt or incomplete parameter set.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Confirm if a factory reset (e.g., P14-22 = 1 or 2) was intentionally performed or accidentally triggered.
- 2
Reload the last known good parameter set from a backup (e.g., using LCP copy/paste function or PC software tool).
- 3
Manually re-enter all necessary application-specific parameters, paying close attention to motor data (P1-20 to P1-25).
- 4
After re-entering parameters, perform an Automatic Motor Adaptation (AMA) to optimize motor control.
- 5
Check the control card's error log (if available) for any underlying internal faults that might have triggered the reset.
