An internal issue or critical incompatibility necessitates the replacement of the control card. This fault indicates a problem beyond typical troubleshooting, often related to hardware failure.

• Catastrophic failure of a critical component on the control card (e.g., main processor, memory, power regulator).
• Unrecoverable internal bus communication failure that cannot be resolved by firmware updates or resets.
• Severe damage to the control card due to voltage spikes, short circuits, or physical impact.
• Persistent uncorrectable memory errors indicating a faulty RAM or Flash module.
• Unrecoverable firmware corruption preventing the control card from booting up properly.
