The actual acceleration or the commanded acceleration has exceeded the configured maximum limit for the axis. This can cause mechanical stress or control instability.

• Programmed acceleration command is higher than the drive's configured maximum acceleration limit.
• External mechanical force or uncontrolled motion causing unexpected acceleration.
• Drive parameters for maximum acceleration are set too low for the application's dynamics.
• Incorrectly tuned velocity loop or current loop causing overshoots.
