The adapter is not available to communicate with the module. This prevents the module from sending or receiving data.

   Verify that the module and its associated communication adapter are correctly seated in their respective slots or mounting positions.

   Inspect all external communication cables connecting the adapter to the module or network for damage, proper termination, and secure connections.

   Measure the supply voltage at the module and adapter power input terminals and compare against specified nominal values.

   Verify the module and adapter configuration within the Logix 5000 project (e.g., module type, slot, IP address, communication parameters) against the physical setup.
