P2 240 V AC Loss
Allen-Bradley · PowerFlex 750
¿Qué significa 11219 ?
240V AC input power was lost on port 2 while the drive was in an active state (e.g., MCS opening, closing, or closed). This causes the drive to cease operation.
Causas comunes
- Tripped upstream circuit breaker or blown fuse on the 240V AC input line for Port 2.
- Loose or corroded wiring connection at the drive's 240V AC input terminals (L1/L2) for Port 2.
- Failure of an auxiliary control transformer or power supply providing 240V AC to the drive's control section (Port 2).
- Intermittent power supply to the drive's control section (Port 2) due to contactor chatter or faulty relay.
- Faulty 240V AC input voltage sensing circuit or its associated wiring for Port 2.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Verify the status of all upstream circuit breakers and fuses protecting the 240V AC input to Port 2.
- 2
Measure the 240V AC voltage at the drive's L1 and L2 input terminals (Port 2) using a multimeter.
- 3
Inspect and tighten all power wiring connections at the 240V AC input terminals (Port 2) for looseness or damage.
- 4
Check the output voltage of any control transformer supplying 240V AC power to the drive (Port 2), if applicable.
- 5
Confirm the proper operation of input contactors or relays that supply 240V AC power to Port 2.
