• The main control board (MCB) cannot read or incorrectly reads the power board's unique identification code.
• Physical damage to the power board's ID chip or related circuitry on the power board.
• Corrupted power board ID data stored in its non-volatile memory due to power disturbance.
• Intermittent or poor connection between the main control board and the power board backplane.
• Installation of a power board from a different product family or incompatible series.
