I2 Incompat PS
Allen-Bradley · PowerFlex 750
¿Qué significa 10232 ?
The drive has detected an incompatible power supply for the drive AC input rating on port 2. This can lead to improper operation or damage if not addressed.
Causas comunes
- The voltage of the power supply connected to Port 2 is outside the drive's permissible operating range (e.g., input phase voltage measured at 200VAC when expecting 400VAC).
- Incorrect phase sequencing or phase count (e.g., three-phase supply connected to a drive configured for single-phase on Port 2) for the specific drive unit.
- Frequency deviation of the input power at Port 2, exceeding the +/- 5% tolerance of the drive's nominal input frequency.
- Damage or malfunction of the voltage sensing circuit specifically for input Port 2 on the drive's main control board.
- External power factor correction or harmonic filtering equipment on Port 2 that is not compatible with the drive's input characteristics or causes voltage distortion.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
1. Measure the line-to-line voltage (VAC) and frequency (Hz) of the power supply connected to drive input terminals R2/L1, S2/L2, T2/L3 using a calibrated multimeter.
- 2
2. Refer to the drive's nameplate and technical specifications to confirm the correct input voltage and frequency requirements for Port 2.
- 3
3. Verify that the incoming power supply's phase configuration (e.g., 3-phase Delta, 3-phase Wye) is consistent with the drive's Port 2 specifications.
- 4
4. Inspect all power connections at Port 2 for secure termination and correct wiring scheme, paying attention to R2, S2, T2 terminals.
- 5
5. If an input reactor or filter is installed on Port 2, verify its rating matches the drive and that it is correctly installed according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
