Control through the drive's embedded EtherNet/IP adapter has been interrupted. This signifies a loss of communication between the drive and its EtherNet/IP master controller or PLC, resulting in the loss of remote command and control capabilities and potentially triggering a fault or shutdown.

• Broken or disconnected Ethernet cable between the drive's embedded EtherNet/IP port (RJ45) and the network switch/PLC.
• Failure of the EtherNet/IP master controller (e.g., PLC CPU fault, communications module failure).
• Incorrect IP address (Parameter P9-29), subnet mask (P9-30), or gateway (P9-31) configuration on the drive or the network.
• Network switch failure, port lockout, or power loss to network infrastructure components.
• Severe network congestion, broadcast storms, or duplicate IP addresses on the network, causing communication disruption.
• Drive's embedded EtherNet/IP adapter hardware failure.

   Verify the Ethernet cable connection to the drive's embedded EtherNet/IP port (RJ45) and the network switch/PLC is secure and undamaged.

   Check the link/activity LEDs on the drive's Ethernet port and the connected network switch port; they should indicate link presence and activity.

   Confirm the EtherNet/IP master controller (PLC) is running and configured to communicate with the drive; check PLC I/O tree and diagnostics.

   Verify the drive's IP address (P9-29), Subnet Mask (P9-30), and Gateway (P9-31) settings match the network topology using DriveTools SP or HMI.

   Ping the drive's IP address from a computer on the same subnet to confirm network layer connectivity.
