The command (SCLF, SCMD, or SOVR) was executed, but it was not possible to generate an event to record the command. Causas comunes
- Event processing buffers are full or overloaded, preventing new events from being recorded.
- Event generation is enabled in the Equipment Sequence Properties, but a system issue prevented the event creation.
- Excessive command requests are flooding event processing buffers, causing missed events.
