¿Qué significa NoLoad ?
This condition exists when an output is commanded ON but no load current is detected, or the load device is disconnected. It is a diagnostic for standard output modules and can trigger a general 'Fault' tag. The tag automatically resets to 0 when the condition is removed.
Causas comunes
- Load device is disconnected or not present at the output point
- Break in the wiring between the module output and the load device
- Load device failure (e.g., burned out coil, open circuit)

Verify the load device connected to the output point is physically present and appears functional.

Measure the current draw at the output terminal when the output is commanded ON — expect current matching the load's rated value.

Check the continuity of the load circuit from the module output terminal through the load and back to the common connection.
