The drive has detected an incorrect connection between the input power cables and the motor cables, specifically if the input power is connected to the motor output terminals.    IMMEDIATELY disconnect all power to the drive and associated equipment at the main circuit breaker.

   Visually inspect the drive's terminal block for incoming power connections (e.g., L1, L2, L3) and motor connections (e.g., U, V, W).

   Trace the incoming power cables (e.g., from main contactor) to ensure they are connected ONLY to the drive's input terminals.

   Trace the motor cables (e.g., from motor junction box) to ensure they are connected ONLY to the drive's output terminals.

   Use a multimeter to confirm phase sequence and continuity from main supply to drive input and from drive output to motor, correcting any errors.
