Can't set magnetizing inductance
ABB · ACS850 Standard Program Firmware
¿Qué significa 4074 ?
The drive is unable to set the motor's magnetizing inductance (Lm) parameter. This usually points to incorrect or incomplete motor data, which is crucial for the drive's internal motor model and control algorithms. Incorrect Lm can lead to suboptimal motor performance or control instability.
Causas comunes
- Motor nameplate data (e.g., P2-01 to P2-05) is significantly inaccurate or incomplete, preventing the calculation of magnetizing inductance.
- Motor parameters derived from autotuning (e.g., P2-06 stator resistance, P2-07 leakage inductance) are outside of acceptable limits.
- Drive internal memory or software issue preventing the storage of the calculated or input magnetizing inductance (e.g., P2-08).
- The motor is not correctly connected or has an open circuit, leading to an inability to measure or calculate inductance during identification.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Confirm all motor nameplate parameters (P2-01 rated current, P2-02 rated voltage, P2-03 rated frequency, P2-04 rated speed, P2-05 motor poles) are accurately programmed into the drive.
- 2
Perform a motor stator resistance measurement at the motor terminals and update parameter P2-06 if a significant deviation is found.
- 3
Ensure the motor is properly connected to the drive's output terminals (U, V, W) with all phases intact and low resistance connections.
- 4
Initiate the full motor parameter identification autotuning sequence, ensuring it completes without interruptions.
- 5
If available, manually enter the magnetizing inductance (Lm) value from the motor datasheet into parameter P2-08.
