FF83
Fan Overtemperature
ABB · ACS800 Standard Firmware
¿Qué significa FF83 ?
The drive output filter fan has an excessive temperature. This supervision is active in step-up drives and indicates potential overheating if airflow is restricted, the fan is faulty, or ambient temperatures are too high, risking damage to the filter or drive.
Causas comunes
- Internal fan temperature exceeding operational limits.
- Obstruction of airflow to the internal cooling fan.
- Fan motor failure or reduced speed.
- High ambient temperature environment impacting cooling efficiency.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Stop the drive operation immediately and allow the unit to cool down completely.
- 2
Measure the ambient temperature to ensure it is within the drive's specified operating range.
- 3
Verify that the fan rotates in the correct direction and that air flows freely through the cooling fins and vents.
