Analog Input Below Minimum

ABB · ACS800 Standard Firmware

¿Qué significa 8110 ?

An analog input signal (e.g., 0-10V, 4-20mA) has fallen below its configured minimum limit, which must be set to 0.5V (1 mA) or above in parameter group 13. Depending on parameter 30.01 (AI<MIN FUNCTION), the drive may trip, set a constant speed (12.16), or freeze at the last operating speed.

Causas comunes

  • Analog input signal (e.g., AI1, AI2) is below its configured minimum threshold (P7-01, P7-02).
  • Sensor failure providing a reading outside expected operational range.
  • Incorrect calibration of the analog input signal.
  • Wiring issue or short circuit on the analog input line.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Verify parameter 30.01 (AI<MIN FUNCTION) is set correctly for the desired drive reaction upon signal loss.

  2. 2

Measure the analog input signal at its respective terminals (e.g., AI1, AI2) to confirm it is above the set minimum limit.

  3. 3

Review parameter settings in group 13 (ANALOGUE INPUTS) to confirm the minimum limit is configured correctly, typically 0.5V (1mA) or above.
