What does 90 mean?

This fault indicates an incorrect assignment between the motor and the inverter, or an invalid DIP switch setting. The unit cannot properly detect or configure its output stage, preventing correct motor control.

Common Causes

  • Output stage fault detected (e.g., short circuit, open circuit).
  • Overcurrent or overvoltage on the output.
  • Over-temperature of the output semiconductor device.
  • Feedback from output stage indicates abnormal condition.
