What does 31 mean?

The TF (Thermal Fault) input has been triggered. This indicates that an external thermal protection device, such as a motor thermistor, has detected an over-temperature condition and activated the fault input.

Common Causes

  • Timed Function (TF) triggered an error condition.
  • Configuration error in the Timed Function parameters.
  • TF sequence executed incorrectly or prematurely.
  • External event causing TF to trip.
  • Parameter P0024 (timed function) logic failed.
