What does 23 mean?

An internal CPU fault has occurred within the unit. This indicates a general internal processing error, which might be transient or indicate a more serious hardware issue.

• CPU arithmetic logic unit (ALU) fault.
• Floating-point unit (FPU) error.
• Data path corruption within the CPU.
• Error in a critical calculation performed by the CPU.
• Parameter P0011 (frequency reference) causing CPU issue.
