F109-146
Voltage supply of encoder faulty (E3405 = encoder 1 and E3406 = encoder 2)
SEW Eurodrive · MOVIDRIVE MDX60B/61B Variable Speed Drive
What does F109-146 mean?
The voltage supply of the encoder (E3405 or E3406) is not within the defined range (min. DC 20 V / max. DC 29 V). This may be due to an overload, causing the internal polyswitch fuse to trip.
Common Causes
- Voltage supply to encoder 1 (E3405) or encoder 2 (E3406) is out of operating specifications.
- Faulty power wiring to the encoders.
- Defective internal voltage regulator supplying the encoders.
- Intermittent voltage drop affecting encoder operation.
