Mitsubishi Electric · FR-A800 Variable Speed Drive (Separated Converter)
This protective function activates if data corruption occurs in the FR-A800 inverter's internal storage device or if data writing fails, typically due to power-OFF during parameter operations. The fault can prevent normal operation and requires specific corrective actions depending on the faulty area indicated by Pr.890.
Click steps to track your progress.
Check the read value of Pr.890 to identify the faulty area. If Pr.890 is '7' or smaller, proceed with the next step.
Perform an 'All parameter clear' operation, then an inverter reset. Be prepared to reconfigure all previously changed parameters.
Verify the stability of the power supply to the FR-A800 inverter and any connected control devices. Ensure no unexpected power interruptions occur.
If the fault persists after performing 'All parameter clear' and reset, or if Pr.890 indicates '8' or higher, contact Mitsubishi Electric service for further diagnosis.
Ensure parameter changes are performed with a stable power supply and avoid sudden power-offs during write operations.
