What does PS1 Off mean?

The PS1 Voltage Green LED is OFF, indicating either that Power Supply 1 (with short battery backup) is not present or that the drive bus is in a 'BusPowerOff' state. This condition could prevent motor drives from receiving power, resulting in a loss of motion control.
