Mastering Error

What does JF mean?

The JF signal indicates a mastering error, meaning at least one axis of the manipulator is not mastered. When this signal is '0', it signifies an active mastering error, which consequently deactivates space monitoring for safety. A '1' state indicates no error and active space monitoring.

• General mastering error indicating a fault in the control or synchronization logic.
• Communication disruption or data inconsistency within the mastering system.
• Internal software error within the mastering controller.
• Configuration error in critical mastering parameters.
