What does 30 mean?
This error occurs when the CLM01.3-M's back-up battery, which stores the user program when power is off, is disconnected or has low voltage. This leads to the loss of the application program, requiring re-entry or restoration.
Common Causes
- The lithium back-up battery (on the MOK 11 card) is disconnected, depleted, or has low voltage.
- The user program was not re-entered or restored after a battery replacement or power loss.
- The MOK 11 card (Memory and Battery Module) is faulty or improperly seated.
- Firmware replacement or update without proper program backup/restore procedure.
Repair Steps & Checklist

Turn OFF power to the CLM01.3-M.

Remove the MOK 11 card (Memory and Battery Module) as shown in Figure 2.3 of the manual.

Replace the 3.6-volt lithium back-up battery on the MOK 11 card.

After replacing the battery, turn power ON and reload the user program into the CLM01.3-M (refer to Chapter 5).

Verify that all CLM01.3-M program blocks are correctly entered and functional after restoration.
