What does 30 mean?

This error occurs when the CLM01.3-M's back-up battery, which stores the user program when power is off, is disconnected or has low voltage. This leads to the loss of the application program, requiring re-entry or restoration.

Common Causes

  • The lithium back-up battery (on the MOK 11 card) is disconnected, depleted, or has low voltage.
  • The user program was not re-entered or restored after a battery replacement or power loss.
  • The MOK 11 card (Memory and Battery Module) is faulty or improperly seated.
  • Firmware replacement or update without proper program backup/restore procedure.
