What does F3140 mean?

The IndraDrive MPx02's integrated safety technology has encountered a fatal error during the validation of safety-related parameters. This indicates a severe inconsistency or corruption in the safety configuration, making safe operation impossible and requiring a complete safety system re-commissioning before the drive can operate.

• Critical safety parameters are corrupted or misconfigured, failing validation checks (e.g., CRC errors, inconsistent data).
• Safety firmware mismatch or corruption due to an interrupted update or faulty memory.
• A hardware fault in the safety module preventing proper parameter loading or storage.
• An attempt to load an incompatible safety configuration file into the drive.

   Perform a full power cycle of the IndraDrive MPx02, as some fatal errors during initialization might require a complete restart.

   Access the drive's safety configuration tool and attempt to upload the existing safety parameters; if successful, compare them against the last known good configuration.
