What does E3104 mean?

The IndraDrive MPx02's integrated safety technology has detected an inconsistency or error during the validation of safety-related parameters. This indicates a potential breach or misconfiguration in the safety system, preventing safe operation and requiring immediate attention.

• Incorrect configuration of safety parameters (e.g., safety limits, operating modes) in the safety configuration tool.
• Parameter corruption during download, saving, or power cycling.
• Firmware mismatch between the safety control and standard control sections of the drive.
• Internal diagnostics detecting a safety-critical anomaly or data inconsistency.
• Attempt to load an incompatible safety configuration file.
