What does 110 mean?

Invalid power structure data has been detected, indicating that information received from or stored within the power board is corrupt or unreadable. This prevents proper identification and control of the drive's power section. This directly disables the drive and could point to a communication or hardware issue between the main control board and power interface.

Common Causes

  • Corruption of power board identification or operational data stored in its non-volatile memory.
  • Intermittent communication fault or loss of connection between the main control board and the power board.
  • Internal hardware fault within the power board's data storage or communication circuitry.
  • Firmware incompatibility between the main control board and the power board, leading to misinterpretation of data.
  • Power supply instability to the power board's internal control circuits.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

    1. Perform a drive power cycle by disconnecting input power (e.g., 480VAC) for 30 seconds.

  2. 2

    2. Verify the main control board (MCB) is securely and fully seated on the power board backplane connector.

  3. 3

    3. Carefully check the backplane connections for any visible damage (e.g., bent pins, corrosion) on the interface between MCB and PB.

  4. 4

    4. Confirm stable incoming 3-phase AC voltage (e.g., 480V L1-L2-L3) and ensure clean, secure ground connections (e.g., PE terminal).

  5. 5

    5. If the fault persists after verifying connections and power, consider replacing the power board as its internal data integrity is compromised.
