What does 525 mean?

An error occurred during the internal readback verification process of a safety I/O channel. This suggests a problem with the module's internal diagnostic capabilities, or a discrepancy between the commanded state and the actual state of the output. This is a severity 3 error.

• The value read from a channel does not match the expected or commanded value.
• Sensor malfunction causing incorrect feedback.
• Actuator not responding correctly to commands.
• Internal processing error in the feedback loop.

   Check the wiring of the I/O module, especially for output channels, for proper load connection and absence of short circuits.
