16139
Process voltage too low
ABB · PB610 Panel Builder 600 Programming Software
What does 16139 mean?
The measured process voltage supplied to the safety I/O module is below the minimum permissible limit. This indicates an undervoltage condition from the external power source feeding the module's process voltage inputs. This is a severity 3 error.
Common Causes
- The voltage supplied to the process or device is lower than the required operating level.
- Undervoltage condition from the power supply.
- Loose connections or high resistance in wiring.
- Faulty power supply or battery.
Repair Steps & Checklist
