V/f Data Setting Fault
Yaskawa · E7 Drive
Was bedeutet OPE10 ?
An Operator Programming Error indicating incorrect V/f parameter settings. This can happen if a minimum frequency/voltage value is set higher than the maximum frequency/voltage. The Drive will not operate until corrected.
Häufige Ursachen
- Minimum frequency parameter (e.g., C0-03) or minimum voltage parameter (e.g., C2-05) is set to a value greater than the maximum frequency (C0-01) or maximum voltage (C2-01) respectively.
- V/f curve breakpoints are incorrectly ordered or overlapping (e.g., a voltage point for a lower frequency is set higher than a voltage point for a higher frequency).
- Incorrect V/f pattern selection (e.g., constant torque V/f used for a variable torque application with unsuitable parameters via C2-02).
- Drive system parameters (e.g., motor rated voltage P2-02, motor rated frequency P2-04) are incorrectly set, leading to an impossible V/f relationship.
- Attempting to set a custom V/f curve with insufficient points or an invalid slope via parameters like C2-03, C2-04.

1. Review the maximum frequency (C0-01) and minimum frequency (C0-03) parameters. Ensure C0-03 is always less than or equal to C0-01. Adjust if necessary.
- 2
2. Review the maximum voltage (C2-01) and minimum voltage (C2-05) parameters for the V/f curve. Ensure C2-05 is always less than or equal to C2-01. Adjust if necessary.
- 3
3. Check any intermediate V/f curve breakpoint parameters (e.g., C2-03, C2-04 for multi-point curves) to ensure they form a monotonically increasing curve.
- 4
4. Verify motor rated voltage (P2-02) and motor rated frequency (P2-04) are correctly set, as these define the nominal V/f ratio.
- 5
5. Consider performing a factory reset (e.g., A1-03 = 2220) and re-entering only essential motor and V/f parameters to establish a valid baseline.
