• Incorrect V/f pattern selection (e.g., constant torque V/f used for a variable torque application with unsuitable parameters via C2-02).
• Drive system parameters (e.g., motor rated voltage P2-02, motor rated frequency P2-04) are incorrectly set, leading to an impossible V/f relationship.
• Attempting to set a custom V/f curve with insufficient points or an invalid slope via parameters like C2-03, C2-04.
