The MOVIMOT® signals a fault (red LED flashing slowly) if the drive operates at its current limit for more than 1 second while speed monitoring is active. The current limit must be continuously attained for the duration of a pre-set delay time before this monitoring function responds. This indicates a sustained overload condition or a blockage that prevents the motor from reaching its commanded speed.

• Drive operated at the current limit for more than 1 second.
• Speed monitoring is active (DIP switch S2/4 ON for standard design or S4/2 ON for AS-Interface design).
• Mechanical blockage or excessive load preventing the motor from moving freely.
• Motor stalled or operating significantly below commanded speed due to high resistance.

   Verify the status of the speed monitoring DIP switch: for standard design, check S2/4; for AS-Interface, check S4/2. If speed monitoring is not required, set the relevant DIP switch to OFF.
