3 Output Phases Loss
Schneider Electric · Altivar Machine ATV320 Variable Speed Drive
Was bedeutet OPF2 ?
Detection of a complete loss of all three output phases to the motor. This means the drive is unable to supply power to the motor, resulting in no motor rotation. This could be due to a tripped motor contactor, severe wiring issue, or internal drive power stage fault.
Häufige Ursachen
- Main motor contactor (if installed between drive and motor) is open, failed, or its coil is de-energized.
- Tripped motor protection device (e.g., overload relay, motor circuit breaker) downstream of the drive.
- Complete disconnection of all three motor output cables (U, V, W) from the drive or motor terminals.
- Major internal failure of the drive's output power stage (e.g., all IGBTs failed, or DC bus fuses blown).
- Incorrect wiring where no motor is connected, or motor parameters are not autotuned, leading to detection of no load.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Verify any motor contactor or circuit breaker located between the drive and motor is closed and not tripped.
- 2
With power isolated, measure the resistance across the drive's output terminals (U-V, V-W, W-U) with the motor connected; expect to see motor winding resistance.
- 3
Inspect the motor output cables (U, V, W) for secure connections at both the drive and motor terminals.
- 4
Check for continuity of all three conductors from the drive's output terminals to the motor's input terminals.
- 5
If using a motor contactor, verify its auxiliary contacts are wired correctly to the drive's logic inputs (e.g., LI1) to enable drive operation and confirm contactor closure.
