This condition signifies either insufficient cooling, high ambient temperatures, or a blocked cooling path, posing a risk of damage to the inverter's power components.

• Cooling fins are clogged with dust or debris, restricting airflow.
• Reduced cooling fan effectiveness (though Fan Failure has its own code, general cooling issues can contribute).
