The brake cable monitoring device has detected a short-circuit, overloading, or a break in the brake cable connection. This will result in path-maintaining braking and stop program execution.

• Brake engagement mechanism failed to disengage or engage correctly.
• Brake coil short-circuited or open-circuited.
• Low brake release voltage (e.g., less than 24VDC) preventing disengagement.
• Mechanical obstruction preventing brake movement.
• Fault detected in brake control circuit feedback (e.g., P3-01).
