Alarm Space 9 Violation
Kuka · KK53Y Servo Motor
Was bedeutet MR9 ?
The MR9 signal indicates a violation of monitoring space 9. A '0' state on this signal means that monitoring space 9 is currently being infringed upon. If monitoring space 9 is intentionally inactive, the system considers it violated by default, and the associated safe output MR9 will be in the '0' state.
Häufige Ursachen
- Alarm condition triggered in Space 9 of the monitoring system.
- Parameter P9 has exceeded its defined alarm threshold.
- Sensor associated with Space 9 reporting an out-of-bounds value.
- Configuration error in Space 9 alarm limits.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Identify the configured boundaries for monitoring space 9 in the robot's programming environment (e.g., using KUKA WorkVisual).
- 2
Physically inspect the robot's current position and ensure no part of the manipulator, external axes, or tooling is entering or has entered the defined monitoring space 9.
- 3
If monitoring space 9 is intended to be inactive, verify this configuration in WorkVisual and acknowledge that the MR9 signal will default to a '0' (violated) state.
