This indicates a loss of mechanical integrity or an encoder signal problem, potentially due to worn components or incorrect parameter settings (P8.7).

• Clutch slipping detected (in chain hoists)
• Worn chain or chain drive (in chain hoists)
• Missing pulses in the signal connected to ENC2A-B
• Parameter P8.7 (ENC2 Stall Pulse Limit) value is too high
