Drive Not Ready
Indramat · ServoDyn D Servo Drive
Was bedeutet 07 ?
This error condition occurs when Automatic mode is selected, but the Axis #1 Drive Ready input (CLM01.3-M connector X3, pin 6) is not receiving the required +24 Vdc signal. This indicates the servo amplifier for Axis 1 is not in a ready state.
Häufige Ursachen
- The Axis #1 Drive Ready input (X3, pin 6) is not receiving +24 Vdc from the servo amplifier.
- The servo amplifier (TDM, KDS, etc.) for Axis 1 is not powered, faulted, or has not completed its internal readiness checks.
- Faulty wiring or poor connection between the servo amplifier's ready output and the CLM01.3-M input (X3, pin 6).
- The servo amplifier's Bb contacts (connector X5, pins 3 and 4), which supply 3-phase power, are not closed or are faulty.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Verify for +24 Vdc at CLM01.3-M connector X3, pin 6, which indicates the Axis #1 Drive Ready signal.
- 2
Check the interconnections specified in BE 1135 or BE 1136 to ensure the Axis #1 Drive Ready input from the servo amplifier is correctly wired.
- 3
Consult the manual for the specific servo amplifier used (e.g., TDM, KDS) to diagnose its status and ensure it is powered on and fault-free.
- 4
Verify that the servo amplifier's Bb contacts (connector X5, pins 3 and 4) are closed and providing the expected +24 Vdc signal.
- 5
Inspect the servo amplifier's power supply, control wiring, and ensure its internal status indicators show a 'ready' state.
