+24 V Error
Indramat · ECODRIVE Controller
Was bedeutet F870 ?
The ECODRIVE DKC01.1/DKC11.1 drive requires a 24V control voltage. If this voltage deviates more than +/- 20% from 24V, the drive immediately switches to torque-free operation, activates an optional brake, and switches off encoder emulation.
Häufige Ursachen
- Disturbance or overload of the 24V supply voltage.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Measure the 24V control voltage supplied to the ECODRIVE DKC01.1/DKC11.1 drive and verify it is within the allowed +/- 20% tolerance.
- 2
Check all wiring connections for the 24V supply for loose terminals, damage, or intermittent contact.
- 3
Identify and isolate any external devices connected to the 24V supply that might be drawing excessive current or causing disturbances.
- 4
If wiring and external load are normal, replace the power supply module (either internal or external, depending on the system design).
- 5
Clear the error in parametrization mode (phase 2) after resolving the underlying issue.
