- Input line reactor is undersized or incorrect for the application, or excessive line impedance.
- Incorrect input voltage setting in drive parameters (e.g., P14-00) for the actual supply.
- Rapid deceleration ramp (P2-11) is set too short for the load, causing regenerative energy to overload the DC-link.

1. Measure the incoming AC line voltage (L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L1) at the drive's input terminals using a multimeter during operation.
